Умови формування готовності майбутнього вчителя до науково-дослідної роботи в школі

У статті розглядається проблема формування готовності майбутнього вчителя до науково-дослідної роботи в школі, що набуває актуальності, оскільки студент, який володіє технологією експериментально-дослідницької діяльності, є спроможнім до збагачення особистісного педагогічного досвіду. Аналіз наукової літератури дав можливість дійти висновку, що одним з найефективніших шляхів вирішення цієї проблеми є визначення та забезпечення організаційно-педагогічних умов формування готовності майбутнього вчителя до науково-дослідної роботи в школі.

The article focuses on the problem of formation of readiness of the future teachers to research work at school, that takes relevance, because the student who owns the technology experimental research activities, has been able to expand their own scientific and theoretical stock of knowledge, enrich personal educational experience and implementing innovative methods learning in teaching practice. On the need for scientific research in the secondary school, as an important component of professional formation and advanced training of the teacher of an educational institution, stated in legal documents of Ukraine. The analysis of scientific literature made it possible to conclude that one of the most effective ways to address the formation of readiness of the future teachers to research work at secondary school is to identify and provide organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of the future teachers to research work at secondary school. Defined organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of the future teachers to research work at school: the stimulation of teachers to search for scientific knowledge at the time of research in the field of education; creating an environment of information awareness with legal documents on the implementation of research in secondary schools; formation of readiness for innovation in the implementation of research; providing practical orientation of process of formation of readiness of the future teachers to research work at schools. Highlight that the use of effective practical educational forms and methods by teacher, contribute to the approximation of the acquired knowledge to real experimental research because the imitation of real activity takes place in the process of learning. Prospects of further scientific studies author sees in the determination and justification of promising areas to ensure organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of the future teachers to research work at school and their research and experimental verification.

В статье рассматривается проблема формирования готовности будущего учителя к научноисследовательской работе в школе, которая приобретает актуальность, поскольку студент, который владеет технологией экспериментально-исследовательской деятельности, способный к обогащению личностного педагогического опыта. Анализ научной литературы дал возможность прийти к выводу, что одним из наиболее эффективных путей решения этой проблемы есть определение и обеспечение организационно-педагогических условий формирования готовности будущего учителя к научно-исследовательской работе в школе.
