Сравнительная характеристика распространенности нарушений слуха среди подростков

Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам изучения основных причин и тенденций распространенности нарушений слуха среди представителей современной молодежи. Установлено, что среди главных причин нарушения слуха выделяют инфекционные заболевания, токсические поражения, сосудистые расстройства, механические, акустические или контузионные травмы. Стойкое снижение слуха подростков часто возникает в результате воздействия шума, а конкретнее – громкой музыки. Анализ статистических данных свидетельствует о неуклонно возрастающей динамике количества детей и подростков с нарушениями слуха, как в Украине, так и в странах ближнего и дальнего зарубежья.Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням вивчення основних причин і тенденцій поширеності порушень слуху серед представників сучасної молоді. Встановлено, що серед головних причин порушення слуху виділяють інфекційні захворювання, токсичні ураження, судинні розлади, механічні, акустичні або контузіонние травми. Стійке зниження слуху підлітків часто виникає в результаті впливу шуму, а конкретніше - гучної музики. Аналіз статистичних даних свідчить про неухильно зростаючій динаміці кількості дітей і підлітків з вадами слуху, як в Україні, так і в країнах ближнього і далекого зарубіжжя.The article is devoted to studying the root causes and trends in the prevalence of hearing loss among today's youth. It was found that among the main causes of hearing impairment isolated infectious diseases, toxic lesions, vascular disorders, mechanical, and acoustic or contusion injury. Persistent hearing loss teens often occur as a result of exposure to noise, and more specifically - the loud music. Research tasks included: analysis of scientific and methodical literature to summarize the national and worldwide experience on the issue study of the causes of hearing impairment among adolescents; allocation of data among the information resources of the Internet about the prevalence of various hearing disorders among representatives of today's youth. To achieve the objectives of the research, we used the following methods: analysis and compilation of special scientific and methodical literature, monitoring of information Internet resources, content analysis of theoretical and methodological publications (monographs, textbooks, and methodical materials), and a systematic approach. The main causes of hearing impairment are infections, toxic lesions, vascular disorders, and mechanical, acoustic or contusion injuries. Hearing impairment and deafness is divided into congenital and acquired. Hearing impairment result from of diseases affecting outer, middle or inner ear, auditory nerve. Persistent decreased hearing of adolescents often occurs as a result of noise exposure - loud music. The results of studies have shown that adolescents often is experienced by a particularly strong influence these negative factors. Young people are much less than in other age groups, guided by youthful maximalist, a predominance of the emotional over the rational, don`t takes care of their own health, don`t think about the possible consequences of their past actions, is responsible for making their own decisions. The main reason for this situation, the lack of adequate knowledge, theoretical and practical training, awareness education among of adolescents with hearing impairments, and without violations, aimed at understanding the significance of formation, preserve and strengthen their health.
