Тенденції розвитку технологічної освіти в середніх навчальних закладах США

У дисертації обґрунтовано загальні тенденції розвитку технологічної освіти в середніх навчальних закладах США під впливом сучасного розвитку науки, техніки і виробництва, проаналізовано систему стандартів технологічної освіти у середній школі США та виокремлено етапи стандартизації (початковий, проміжний, сучасний) і провідні ідеї наприкінці ХХ – поч. ХХІ ст., охарактеризовано організаційно-педагогічне забезпечення вивчення технологій на основі впровадження методу проектів та особливостей професійної підготовки американських учителів трудового навчання;
проаналізовано американський досвід організації технологічної освіти у середніх навчальних закладах окремих штатів США; розроблено рекомендації щодо творчого використання прогресивного досвіду США у сфері технологічної освіти в процесі реалізації освітньої галузі „Технологія” в Україні.

The dissertation is placed in the issue of the general tendencies of the development of technological education in the secondary schools in the USA under the influence of the modern development of science, technology and manufacturing. It is also analyzed the system of technological education standards and mentioned the main ideas and the stages of these standards (primary, intermediate and modern) in the USA at the end of the XX century – the beginning of the XXI century. It describes the organizational and pedagogical providing of the studying technology under the usage of the project method. The characteristic features of the American technology teachers training, progressive experience of the technology education in the secondary schools in the states of the USA and the recommendation dealing with the use of some positive elements of the American technological education in the process of studying technology in Ukraine are given.
