Освітня політика Європейського Союзу: особливості формування та реалізації

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена політологічному аналізу передумов виникнення, процесу становлення та розвитку освітньої політики Європейського Союзу. У роботі визначено сучасні методи аналізу освітньої політики з урахуванням міждисциплінарної особливості концептуального предметного поля освітньої політики. Особлива увага приділяється обґрунтуванню поняття освітня політика Європейського Союзу. У процесі дослідження еволюції освітньої політики Європейського Союзу здійснено порівняльний аналіз існуючих періодизацій вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених, автором запропоновано власну хронологію етапів розвитку освітньої політики Європейського Союзу. У роботі розкрито інституційну будову освітньої політики Європейського Союзу, здійснено структурно-функціональний аналіз головних інституцій освітньої політики Європейського Союзу та визначено основних стейкхолдерів, які беруть участь у прийнятті рішень в сфері освіти Європейського Союзу. У дисертації обґрунтовано освітню стратегію Європейського Союзу та особливості її реалізації.The thesis is devoted to Political Analysis of conditions of formation and development of the European Union Educational Policy and Politics. The thesis determines the modern methods of Research and Education Policy Analysis, according to the interdisciplinary conceptual peculiarities of the subject field of Educational Policy and Politics. Particular attention is paid to the notion – the European Union Educational Policy and Politics. Comparative analysis of existing periodizations of the domestic and foreign scholars showed the evolution of Education Policy and Politics of the European Union, the author presents his own chronology of the development stages of the European Union Education Policy and Politics. Thesis reveals the institutional structure of the European Union Education Policy and Politics, presents Structural and Functional Analysis of the main institutions of the European Union Educational Policy and the main stakeholders involved in decision-making in the European Union education sphere. The author conceptualizes the European Union Educational Strategy, and especially its implementation.
