Методологічні підходи до проблеми розвитку соціальної компетентності студентів класичних університетів

У статті дано аналіз системному, осoбистiсному, oсoбистiснo-oрiєнтoваному та компетентнісному пiдхoдам дo розвитку соціальної компетентності студентів класичних університетів. Дано визначення поняттю «методологія», яке розглядається як система принципів, а також способів побудови й організації теоретичної та практичної діяльності. Система принципів, що є основою зазначених підходів, дозволяє вирішити протиріччя, що виникають в процесі розвитку соціальної компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти як на рівні загальнонаукової методології, такі на рівні конкретно наукової методології й технологічного рівня під час організації та проведення наукового дослідження щодо розвитку соціальної компетентності тих, хто навчається.

In the article there is the analyze of the systemic, personal, personality-oriented and competence approaches for the process
of developing students’ social competence at classical universities. The definition of the concept "methodology" is given and considered as a system of principles, as well as the ways to create and organize theoretical and practical activities. The system of
principles which are the base of pointed out approaches allows to solve contradictions arising in the process of developing social
competence of aspirants of higher education at the level of general scientific methodology and at the level of specifically scientific methodology and at the technological level during the organization and carrying out the scientific research for the development of the pointed out kind of the competence.
The systematic approach is considered as one of the approaches which states determine the integrity, hierarchy, presence
of structure, and the multiplicity of the researching phenomenon.
The personal approach is presented as a position, which is determined by: value attitude to the student; help and support in
the processes of development, self-development, self-realization, self-determination. Personality-oriented approach is showed as a component of the personal approach. Its states are aimed at researching and solving the problems which have personal importance for the individual.. The states of the competence approach are important for determining the purpose of education and its content, the organization of the educational process and its assessment.
