Порівняльний аналіз рівня спеціальної фізичної підготовленості кваліфікованих плавчих в залежності від спеціалізації

В статті розглянуто питання особливостей розвитку спеціальних – швидкісно-силових якостей висококваліфікованих спортсменок, які спеціалізуються в плаванні 100 м та 200 м батерфляєм. Визначено рівень розвитку швидкісно-силових якостей, особливості їх прояву в залежності від спеціалізації плавчих, надано порівняльний аналіз розвитку окремих компонентів швидкісно-силових якостей. На основі отриманих результатів зроблено висновки щодо отриманих даних, наведено перспективи подальших досліджень.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы особенностей развития специальных - скоростно-силовых качеств высококвалифицированных спортсменок, специализирующихся в плавании 100 м и 200 м баттерфляем. Определен уровень развития скоростно-силовых качеств, особенности их проявления в зависимости от специализации пловчих, представлен сравнительный анализ развития отдельных компонентов скоростно-силовых качеств. На основе полученных результатов сделаны выводы о полученных данных, приведены перспективы дальнейших исследований.

Determine the purpose of the study - to provide a comparative analysis of the level of speed and strength of athletes specializing in distances 100 m and 200 m butterfly. Proposed test tasks, allowing the complex to explore the level of development of power-speed athletes. The evaluation and analysis of the level of development of speed-strength qualities, especially their appearance depending on the specialization of swimmers. The article presents a comparative analysis of the development of individual components of the power-speed athletes specializing in the 100 meters and 200 meters butterfly. On the basis of the results obtained conclusions about the data: a comparative analysis of the level of manifestation of power-speed athletes specializing in swimming 100 m and 200 m butterfly it possible to ascertain significant differences in manifestation of specific power-speed onshore tests "standing long jump place "and" jump up from their seats "between the athletes, specializing in swimming 100 meters and 200 meters butterfly, as well as significant differences in the performance tests that characterize the manifestation of power-speed athletes in a competitive activity. The best results have shown athletes specializing in the Butterfly in the sprint in the test "4 * 25m with rest intervals of 5 seconds." The difference in performance in this test athletes maximum in relation to other tasks, and the test is 10.73%. A distinctive feature is the best performance in athletes specializing in swimming 200 m butterfly than in athletes who specialize in short distance. On the basis of the data presented prospects for further research: assessment of reserve and adaptive capacity of the cardiovascular and respiratory sportswomen systems, the definition of speed-strength swimmers preparedness structures, depending on the specialization and the development and practical application of the training process methodology of improving speed and power as qualified athletes.
