Значение и задачи профессионально - прикладной физической подготовки

В статье рассматривается значение профессионально – прикладной физической подготовки (ППФП) как
составной части образования и воспитания студентов высших учебных заведений. В частности, обращается внимание
на специальные задачи, которые решаются с помощью средств и методов физической культуры.

У статті розглядається значення професійно - прикладної фізичної підготовки (ППФП) як складової частини
освіти і виховання студентів у вищих навчальних закладах. Зокрема, звертається увага на спеціальні завдання, які
вирішуються за допомогою засобів і методів фізичної культури.

The professional and applied physical preparing to labour activities is the important part of physical education of adult
population. This preparing is the specialized kind of physical education which is directed to forming and supporting necessary level of
physical preparing as concerned to requirements of certain profession. The professional and applied physical preparing helps to
successful professional forming and development of a person.
Social value of the professional and applied physical preparing at modern conditions is determined first of all by public need
at saving and strengthening health of all people; at constant increasing productivity of labour as well as at lengthening creative long
aging of a person and at decreasing losses of labour time.
The main factors determining a general direction as well as tasks and content of the professional and applied physical
preparing are: a) a sort, a volume of obtaining information and conditions of its perception by people at the process of labour; b) a
sort of basic labour movements; c) special external conditions of a professional activities.
These factors determine tasks of the professional and applied physical preparing: a development of leading physical qualities
for given profession; forming and improving auxiliary and applied moving skills.
