Особливості підготовки учителя фізичної культури до роботи в Новій українській школі

У статті досліджено професійну підготовку учителя фізичної культури до роботи в новій українській школі з урахуванням сучасних навчальних програм. Показано, що нова навчальна програма з фізичної культури, яка прийнята у 2022 році, не дає можливість в повній мірі вирішити одне завдання цього навчального предмету, зокрема, навчити володіти технікою фізичних вправ з того чи іншого виду спорту. При цьому, з одного боку, навчальна програма дає можливість формувати зацікавленість школярів до занять фізичними вправами на уроках фізичної культури, а, з іншої сторони, не сприяє формуванню стійкої мотивації учнів до систематичної рухової активності. Обґрунтовано, що під час розробки освітньої програми за спеціальністю А4 Середня освіта (фізична культура) в нормативній частині циклу професійної підготовки необхідно включити освітні компоненти спортивного профілю, без яких учителю фізичної культури під час професійної діяльності складно обійтися, зокрема, гімнастику, легку атлетику, спортивні і рухливі гри та плавання.

The article examines the professional training of a physical education teacher to work in a new Ukrainian school, taking into account modern curricula. It is shown that the new curriculum for physical education, adopted in 2022, does not allow for the full solution of one of the tasks of this subject, in particular, to teach the technique of physical exercises in a particular sport. At the same time, on the one hand, the curriculum makes it possible to form students’ interest in physical exercises in physical education lessons, and, on the other hand, does not contribute to the formation of their sustainable motivation for physical activity throughout their lives. When developing an educational program for the specialty A4 Secondary Education (Physical Education), in the normative part of the professional training cycle, it is necessary to include educational components of a sports profile, without which it is difficult for a physical education teacher to do during his professional activities, in particular, gymnastics, athletics, sports and outdoor games and swimming. Further research will focus on studying the rational content of practical training for future specialists in the field of A4 Secondary Education (Physical Education) in the context of adopting a new physical education curriculum in the new Ukrainian school system.
