Особливості фізичної реабілітації чоловіків 50-55 років, хворих на виразкову хворобу шлунку, на санаторному етапі

У статті зазначено, що фізична реабілітація чоловіків 50-55 років, хворих на виразкову хворобу шлунку, на
санаторному етапі спрямована назменшення запалення в слизовій оболонці шлунку, відновлення і поліпшення
секреторної функції шлунку та обміну речовин, покращення функцій серцево-судинної системи, підвищення опірності
організму,покращення психологічного статусу та працездатності. З цією метою використовується комплекс
лікувально-відновлювальних заходів, що включає застосування лікувальної фізкультури з музичним супроводом, масажу,
фізіотерапії, дієтотерапії, фітотерапії, музикотерапії.

Gastric ulcer is one of the most common diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, which mostly affects young and able-bodied
people and occurs in about 6-10% of the adult population of economically developed countries. The leading role in the etiology and
pathogenesis of peptic ulcer is provided by Helicobacterpilori.
The disease suppresses and disorganizes motor, psychological activity, motor activity - an indispensable condition for the
normal formation and functioning of any living organism. Therefore, physical therapy with musical accompaniment is a very important
element in the treatment of stomach ulcer.
In recent years, new methods of treatment, medical rehabilitation and prophylaxis of ulcers have been developed and
implemented, taking into account the mechanisms of gastric secretion and the involvement of Helicobacterpilori in the pathogenesis
and relapse of the disease.
The role of Helicobacter pylori is that it produces ammonia during its lifetime, which indirectly leads to an increase in the
production of hydrochloric acid. In addition, Helicobacter pylori produces substances that damage the cells of the gastric mucosa and
duodenum, causing inflammation.
Clinical manifestations of stomach ulcer at all stages of work at dusk, including in court and in the bar. In the period of
remission complaints are absent, persistence of pain during deep palpation. It is inadequately treated with VHSH that leads to
complications of gastritis, duodenitis, perihastritis, peri dudenitis, bleeding, perforation, sound-inducing outcomes, deformation of the
stomach, narrowing of the duodenum, deformation of its bulb, and cancer-8% of ulcers.
It is marked in the article, that physical rehabilitation of men 50-55, patients with ulcerous stomach disease, at the
sanatorium stage is aimed at reducing inflammation in the mucous membrane of the stomach, restoring and improving the secretory
function of the stomach and metabolism, improving the functions of the cardiovascular system, increasing resistance organism,
improvement of psychological status and disability. To this end, a complex of therapeutic and restoration measures is used, which
includes the use of physical therapy with musical accompaniment, massage, physiotherapy, diet therapy, phytotherapy, music
therapy.
