Підготовка майбутніх фахівців у галузі мистецтва до художньо-педагогічної діяльності у позашкільних навчальних закладах як історико-педагогічна проблема

Стаття присвячена аналізу процесу підготовки майбутніх фахівців у галузі мистецтва до художньо-педагогічної діяльності у позашкільних навчальних закладах як педагогічній проблемі. Автор доходить висновку про те, що підготовці майбутніх педагогів-позашкільників приділено недостатньо уваги; виділяє форми організації художньо-педагогічної підготовки й стверджує, що вони спрямовані на формування вчителя образотворчого мистецтва, а не педагога-позашкільника, оскільки навчання було спрямоване на розвиток творчих здібностей майбутніх художників. Педагогічний аналіз особливостей підготовки педагогічних кадрів до роботи в позашкільних закладах освіти художньо-естетичного напряму показує, що потреба в художниках-педагогах існувала постійно.

The article analyzes the process of preparing future specialists in the field of art to artistic and educational activities in extracurricular educational institutions as a pedagogical problem. The author concludes that not much attention is paid to the problem of training of future teachers of extracurricular activities. Pedagogical analysis of the training features of teachers’ preparation to work in the extracurricular educational institutions of aesthetic and artistic direction shows that the need for teachers-artists has always existed.
By analyzing historical facts, the author highlights the various forms of specialists' training in the field of arts, seminars, meetings of extracurricular educational establishments workers (1960 – 1970) for training and improving qualifications; drawing courses in educational establishments (art schools, professional schools), Sunday drawing classes, teaching courses at the Academy of Arts; getting the specialty at Moscow Pedagogical Institute; faculties of Social Sciences or related (additional) profession; specialty in art-graphic faculties of higher pedagogical educational institutions of Ukraine. Selected forms of organization of artistic pedagogical training purposed at forming the teacher of fine arts, rather than an extracurricular teacher because the training was aimed on the development of creative abilities of future artists.
