Аналізуються виклики глобалізації та інформаційної революції та відповіді на них політичної системи, яка модернізується. Мова йде про відкритість та подальшу демократизацію політики, олюднення діяльності політичних інститутів, удосконалення законодавства. Особлива увага приділяється раціоналізації та прагматизації політики як тенденцій, що виявляються в епоху глобалізації.The challenges of globalization and the information revolution and the response to them of a modernized political system are analyzed. We are talking about the openness and further democratization of politics, the activity of political institutions, and the improvement of legislation. Particular attention is paid to the rationalization and pragmatization of politics as trends emerging in the era of globalization.
