В статье освещена сущность психологической помощи как соиально- психологического явления, определены уровни и основные формы психологической помощи взрослым людям, выяснены аспекты, определяющие практическоеобеспечение процесса психологической помощи. Исследуется современные тенденции и особенности оказания психологической помощи взрослым людям способами Internet-технологий.In the article essence of psychological help is lighted up as the social-psychological phenomenon, levels and basic forms of psychological help the persons of ripe years are certain, aspects, determining the practical providing of process of psychological help, are found out.
