Концепт свободи волонтерського руху

Abstract

У дисертації досліджується концепт свободи як ключова цінність волонтерського руху в його філософському та соціальному вимірах. Актуальність теми зумовлена значною роллю волонтерського руху в сучасних соціальних процесах, особливо в умовах війни в Україні, коли волонтерська діяльність стала важливою складовою громадянської самореалізації та засобом суспільної самоорганізації. Дисертант обґрунтовує необхідність філософського аналізу волонтерства не лише як соціального феномена, а насамперед як практики втілення свободи. Метою дослідження є філософська концептуалізація свободи у волонтерському русі через виявлення її взаємозв’язку з іншими цінностями, що мотивують волонтерську діяльність. Об'єктом дослідження є феномен волонтерства, а предметом - ціннісний вимір свободи у діяльності волонтерів. Методологічною основою дослідження стала аксіологія, зокрема філософія прагматизму та лібералізму, а також підходи неоінституціоналізму і соціальної теорії емансипації. Застосовано міждисциплінарний підхід, що поєднує філософський, соціологічний та політичний аналіз. У роботі визначено, що свобода в межах волонтерської діяльності проявляється не самодостатньо, а через прагнення волонтерів до реалізації інших базових цінностей - допомоги, солідарності, справедливості, гідності. Показано, що волонтерство є не лише виявом доброї волі, а й формою суспільної відповідальності, що сприяє розвитку громадянського суспільства. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у: • вперше обґрунтованому положенні про свободу волонтерства як суспільно значущий механізм ціннісної трансформації суспільства; • висунутій гіпотезі щодо можливості заміщення значної частини виробничої діяльності волонтерською в умовах зростання автоматизації виробництва; • концептуалізації професіоналізації волонтерства як окремого напряму соціальної практики, а не як доповнення до існуючих професій; • уточненні типології цінностей волонтерства через аксіологічний аналіз та виявленні взаємозв’язку волонтерської діяльності з процесами глобалізації та формуванням світового громадянського суспільства. Практичне значення результатів дисертації полягає у можливості використання запропонованих положень для розвитку волонтерських програм, освітніх курсів із соціальної філософії, політичної філософії, а також для реалізації державної політики у сфері громадянського суспільства та підтримки волонтерства.The dissertation explores the concept of freedom as a key value of the volunteer movement in its philosophical and social dimensions. The relevance of the research is determined by the significant role of the volunteer movement in contemporary social processes, especially in Ukraine, where volunteering has become a major factor in civic self-organization and support for the state during wartime. The author substantiates the necessity of philosophical analysis of volunteering not only as a social phenomenon but primarily as a practice of realizing freedom. The purpose of the study is the philosophical conceptualization of freedom within the volunteer movement through the identification of its relationship with other values motivating volunteer activities. The object of research is the phenomenon of volunteering; the subject is the axiological dimension of freedom in volunteer activities.The methodological basis of the research includes axiology, particularly the philosophy of pragmatism and liberalism, as well as approaches from neo­institutionalism and social emancipation theory. An interdisciplinary approach combining philosophical, sociological, and political analysis was applied. The study defines that freedom in the context of volunteering is not self­sufficient but is realized through striving for other fundamental values — help, solidarity, justice, and dignity. It is demonstrated that volunteering represents not only an act of goodwill but also a form of social responsibility that contributes to the development of civil society. The scientific novelty of the work lies in: • the first substantiation of freedom in volunteering as a socially significant mechanism for value-based societal transformation; • the hypothesis regarding the potential replacement of a significant part of production activities by volunteer work under conditions of increased automation; • the conceptualization of the professionalization of volunteering as an independent social practice rather than a supplement to existing professions; • the clarification of the typology of volunteer values through axiological analysis and the identification of the interrelationship between volunteer activities, globalization processes, and the formation of global civil society. The practical significance of the dissertation results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed conclusions to the development of volunteer programs, educational courses in social philosophy, political philosophy, and the implementation of state policies supporting civil society and volunteering.
