Причини та витоки глобалізації освітнього ландшафту

У статті здійснено аналіз причин та витоків глобалізації освітнього ландшафту. Розглядаючи становлення уніфікаційних трендів на світовій арені педагогічних послуг, автор звертає увагу на історичну закономірність у русі освіти зі сфери культурного надбання до системи економічного виробництва. З огляду на отримані результати, дослідження демонструє потенційно високу можливість України на участь у боротьбі за високі позиції в системі освітньої конкуренції. Умовами реалізації цієї можливості стають первинні реформи в межах змісту освіти та оцінювання.

This article is devoted to the scientific analysis of the causes and origins of globalization in higher education. In considering establishment of the unification trends on the world stage of educational services, the author reveals the historical pattern of educational movement from the field of cultural heritage to the field economic production. In view of these results, the study demonstrates the potentially high probability of Ukraine to take part
the struggle for the top position in the educational system of competition.
Our country still has good conditions to obtain high positions in the planetary arena of pedagogical services. However, the main issue that should be given to addressing the need to achieve this success, there is a problem of quality assessment of learning outcomes, taking into account the latest ideal - the person with creativity and pragmatic ability to make decisions. Terms of realization of this possibility are the primary
reforms within the educational content and assessment. The globalized educational landscape has been described as commercialized industry, which is increasingly moving away from cultural identity aside social and economic. This trend has gained its beginnings in the first half of the twentieth century in the form of "death" of classic university. That accelerated the transformation of education in the "globalized economic service".
