Модель формування професійної компетентності майбутніх тренерів-викладачів зі спортивних ігор у вищих навчальних закладах

Модель формування професійної компетентності майбутніх тренерів-викладачів зі спортивних ігор у вищих навчальних закладах представлена як сукупність взаємопов’язаних структурних блоків: цільового, теоретико-методологічного, змістового, процесуального та результативного. Цільовий блок моделі складається з мети та завдань. Теоретико-методологічний блок моделі охоплює підходи, принципи реалізації моделі, функції. Змістовий блок моделі розкривається через структурні компоненти професійної компетентності. Процесуальний блок моделі охоплює форми і методи організації освітнього процесу. Результативний блок моделі включає проведення моніторингу динаміки і визначення рівня сформованості професійної компетентності майбутніх тренерів-викладачів зі спортивних ігор у вищих навчальних закладах.

Professional Competency Development Model for future coaches-teachers from sporting games in higher educational establishments is presented as a system of interrelated structural units: goal-oriented, theoretical and methodological, contextual, procedural, and effective ones. The goal-oriented unit consists of a goal and tasks. The theoretical and methodological unit includes approaches (systematic, synergetic, individual-oriented, practice-oriented, competence, multi-subject, axiological, and acmelogical), the pattern development (regularity and continuity, theory and practice interrelations, interactivity), functions (motivating and stimulating, comprehensive and educational, consultative, communicative, developmental, cultural and innovative). The contextual unit comprises the structural elements of professional competency: cognitive, motivational, operative and one touch upon personal experience as well as communication and individual components. Every structural component has its own content. The procedural unit of the pattern includes forms and methods of educational process development that is designed to foster the students’ educational activity and through the quasi-professional activity influence their educational and professional activity including various developmental stages. It is important to create an individually-oriented situation, to apply contextual, communication and game approaches, to actualize professionally valuable aspects of educational material and transfer them into activity-communication form. During the process of competence development solving the professional problem a student passes five stages: adaptive, informative and projective, integral and forming, individual transforming, and estimating and correcting. The effective unit of the pattern includes monitoring of professional competence dynamics, defining of professional competence level (reproductive, standard and productive, productive and creative) gained by prospective future trainers-teachers from sporting games in higher educational establishments. The practical implementation of the given model depends on the available academic conditions of students’ in higher educational establishments.
