Теоретичні і методологічні аспекти поняття індивідуалізації навчання у вищій школі

Abstract

У даній статті розглядається проблема індивідуалізації навчання у вищих навчальних закладах. Особливу увагу приділено обґрунтуванню її теоретичних і методологічних положень, а також визначенню понятійного апарату. В статті дано детальний аналіз наукових поглядів на такі поняття як «індивід», «особистість», «індивідуальність», «індивідуалізація», «індивідуальний підхід», «диференціація». На підставі проведеного аналізу встановлено, що більшість дослідників при визначенні ключових понять спираються в основному на індивідуальні та індивідуально-типологічні особливості учнів і майже не торкаються засобів, методів, форм і технологій навчання, за допомогою яких досягається успішність навчання. Авторами виділено основні напрями і форми навчальної діяльності студентів, визначено рушійну силу індивідуалізації навчання, а також необхідні умови для її активації. Автори приходять до висновку, що тільки дотримання цих умов дозволить ефективно використовувати систему індивідуалізованого навчання для якісної підготовки фахівців.This article deals with the problem of individualization of education in higher education institutions. Particular attention is paid to the substantiation of its theoretical and methodological provisions, as well as the definition of the conceptual apparatus. The article gives a detailed analysis of scientific views on such concepts as «individual», «personality», «individuality», «individualization», «individual approach», «differentiation». On the basis of the analysis, it is established that the majority of researchers, in determining key concepts, rely mainly on individual and individual typological characteristics of students, and almost do not touch upon the means, methods, forms and technologies of instruction with which the success of learning is achieved. The authors outlined the main directions and forms of students' learning activities, determined the driving force of individualization of instruction, as well as the necessary conditions for its activation. The authors come to the conclusion that only compliance with these conditions will make it possible to effectively use the system of individualized training for qualitative training of specialists.
