Студентоцентрованість у передвищій освіті як умова результативності освітнього процесу вчителя

Abstract

У статті розкрито зміст поняття «студентоцентризм у навчанні». Розглянуто заходи і процедури, які передбачає студентоцентроване навчання, відповідно до вимог Стандартів та рекомендацій щодо забезпечення якості в Європейському просторі вищої освіти . В статті доведено, що запровадження студентоцентрованого навчання забезпечує взаємоповагу в стосунках «студент - викладач», систематичний моніторинг якості освітніх послуг, підвищує мотивацію студентів до навчання та саморефлексії. Доведено, що формою реалізації студентоцентрованого навчання як такого, що найбільше враховує потреби й інтереси студентів, є розробка і впровадження міждисциплінарних освітніх програм, поєднання академічного навчання й навчання на робочому місці, навчання – з інноваційною діяльністю, дослідженнями. Доведено, що в основі такого навчання лежить взаємоповага, а також комунікація, діалог студента й викладача, в якому основні суб’єкти освітнього процесу є рівноправними учасниками.The article reveals the meaning of the concept of "student-centrism in education". The measures and procedures provided by student-centered learning, in accordance with the requirements of the Standards and recommendations for quality assurance in the European area of higher education, were considered. The article proves that the introduction of student-centered learning ensures mutual respect in the "student - teacher" relationship, systematic monitoring of the quality of educational services, increases students' motivation for learning and self reflection. It has been proven that the forms of implementation of student-centered education, as the one that most takes into account the needs and interests of students, are the development and implementation of interdisciplinary educational programs, the combination of academic training and training at the workplace, training - with innovative activities, research. It has been proven that the basis of such training is mutual respect, as well as communication, dialogue between the student and the teacher, in which the main subjects of the educational process are equal participants.
