Структура готовності майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації до роботи з відновлення здоров’я спортсменів

У статті зазначається, що підготовка майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації у вищих навчальних закладах є цілеспрямованим, організованим, динамічним процесом, інноваційним за своїм характером та адаптованим до умов майбутньої професійної діяльності. Готовність майбутнього фахівця з фізичної реабілітації до роботи з відновлення здоров’я спортсменів є однією з цілей вищої фізкультурної освіти, що детермінується професійними, суспільно-громадськими та особистісними потребами, а також потребами теорії та методики професійної освіти. До структурних компонентів готовності майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації, які формуються у процесі навчання у вищому навчальному закладі, автором віднесено: мотиваційний, науково-теоретичний, процесуальнийта особистісний.

The author notes, that the training of future specialists in physical rehabilitation in higher educational establishments is task-oriented, organized dynamic process innovative and adapted to the conditions of future professional activity. The formation of readiness of future specialists in physical rehabilitation in higher educational establishments is defined by the unity of external and internal, objective and subjective factors that impact professional growth of specialists in physical rehabilitation. At the same time, the process of formation functions as the system-formation objective factor; the potential ability of students to work in the sphere of athletes’ health recreation, as one of the types of creative activity, as well as their value attitude towards rehabilitation activity, functions as subjective factors. The author points out the following structural components of readiness of future specialists in physical rehabilitation, which are formed in the process of studying in a higher educational establishment: motivational, scientific-theoretical, procedural, and personal. While characterizing structural components of readiness of future specialists in physical rehabilitation to health recreation of athletes, it has been noted, that motivational component of readiness envisages professional orientation, realization of professional goals, value orientations, principles of implementation of rehabilitation activities for health recreation of athletes and constitutes the basis for the realization of its other structural components. Scientific-theoretical component of readiness is characterized by cognitive processes and is defined by the volume of professionaloriented knowledge. Procedural component is characterized by the availability of professional-oriented knowledge and skills in implementation of rehabilitation activities for health recreation of athletes. Personal component reflects the availability of professionally important skills and qualities that allow specialists in physical rehabilitation to conduct necessary rehabilitation activities in future, aimed at health recreation of athletes.
