Формування професійних компетентностей магістрів освітньої програми «Спорт» у процесі вивчення дисципліни «Організація та проведення спортивних змагань»

У статті здійснено комплексний теоретико-методичний аналіз особливостей формування професійних компетентностей магістрів галузі знань 01 «Освіта/Педагогіка» та 017 «Фізична культура і спорт» у межах реалізації сучасної освітньої програми «Спорт». Особливу увагу акцентовано на ролі та потенціалі навчальної дисципліни «Організація та проведення спортивних змагань» як одного з провідних інтеграційних інструментів підготовки конкурентоспроможних фахівців. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до формування професійних компетентностей майбутніх фахівців у сфері фізичної культури і спорту, пов’язаних з організацією та управлінням спортивними подіями. Визначено особливості змісту дисципліни і методичні підходи до її викладання у закладах вищої освіти. У процесі дослідження застосовано аналіз науково-методичної літератури, зокрема, науковців, які розглядають педагогічні умови формування професійних компетентностей, розвиток управлінських і комунікативних навичок, а також удосконалення змісту професійної підготовки у закладах вищої освіти. Представлено результати оцінювання сформованості професійних компетентностей магістрантів під час вивчення дисципліни. Встановлено, що використання інтерактивних методів навчання, зокрема кейс-методу, ділових ігор і моделювання професійних ситуацій, сприяє підвищенню ефективності професійної підготовки здобувачів освіти та формуванню практичних навичок організації спортивних змагань.

In the article, a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis of the features of the formation of professional competences of masters in the field of knowledge 01 «Education/Pedagogy» and 017 «Physical culture and sport» is carried out within the framework of the implementation of the modern educational program «Sport». Special attention is focused on the role and potential of the educational discipline «Organization and conduct of sports competitions» as one of the leading integration tools for training competitive specialists. It is substantiated that in the conditions of dynamic commercialization, digitalization and globalization of the sports industry, the traditional approach to personnel training needs to be transformed towards project management and contextual training. Modern approaches to the formation of professional competencies of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports related to the organization and management of sports events are analyzed. The peculiarities of the content of the discipline and methodical approaches to its teaching in institutions of higher education are determined. In the research process, the analysis of scientific and methodological literature was applied, in particular, scientists who consider the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competences, the development of management and communication skills, as well as the improvement of the content of professional training in institutions of higher education. The work details the structure of the master's key competencies, in particular: organizational-management, project-technological, crisis-communicative and innovative-digital.The author proposed and described a three-component model of practice-oriented learning, which combines theoretical modeling, interactive case methods (business games) and direct practice of students at real sports locations. The results of the assessment of the formation of professional competencies of master's students during the study of the discipline are presented. It has been established that the use of interactive learning methods, in particular the case method, business games and modeling of professional situations, contributes to increasing the effectiveness of professional training of students and the formation of practical skills in the organization of sports competitions. The obtained results confirm the expediency of using competence-oriented teaching methods in the process of preparing masters of the «Sport» educational program.
