Ґендерна рівність як умова самореалізації особистості в сучасному українському суспільстві

У дисертаційному дослідженні розглядається проблема ґендерної рівності в сучасному суспільстві з урахуванням її місця та ролі в процесі самореалізації особистості. Автор визначає основні положення ґендерного дискурсу: описуються особливості становлення ґендерних досліджень в Україні; розглядається проблематика ґендерних досліджень; розкривається зміст понять «ґендер»,
«ідентичність», «ґендерна нерівність», «ґендерна рівність», «ґендерний паритет». Показано в історико-філософській ретроспективі особливість формування ідеї рівності статей в українському соціумі. У роботі досліджується поняття «самореалізація» та визначаються його основні характеристики. Обґрунтовується, яким чином ґендерна рівність розширює можливості самореалізації особистості. Автор показує значення ідентифікації для процесу особистісної самореалізації через зіставлення біполярної моделі ґендерної ідентичності та мультиполярної. Розкриваючи концепцію взаємозамінності ґендерних ролей, автор доводить взаємозв’язок ґендерної ідентичності та процесу самореалізації.

In this dissertation research the problem of gender equality in a modern society is on a review, taking into account its place and role in the process of personality self-fulfillment. The author defines the main provisions of gender discussion as follows: the peculiarities of the formation of gender research in Ukraine are described; the issues of gender studies are considered; the content of the definitions «gender», «identity», «gender inequality», «gender equality», «gender parity» are revealed. The peculiarity of forming the idea of equality of gender identity in the Ukrainian society is explained through the historical and philosophical retrospectives. The concept of «self-fulfillment» and its main characteristics are investigated in this thesis. It is substantiated how gender equality expands the possibilities of self-fulfillment of the individual. The author provides the insight into the importance of identification for the process of personal self-fulfillment through the comparison of a bipolar gender identity model and a multipolar one. The author demonstrates the relationship between gender identity and the process of self-fulfillment in course of discussing the concept of interchangeability of gender roles. The social mechanism of interaction between «gender equality and self-realization» of the personality is considered in this thesis: gender equality is disclosed through its inclusion into the family, education, state, as mechanisms of self-realization, changing the nature of relations in the system «personality – society».
