В статье рассматривается проблема формирования профессиональных качеств на основе национальных культурных ценностей; их влияние на сознание и самосознание личности. Педагогический аспект данной проблемы традиционно рассматривался в контексте задач национальной проблематики, поскольку нужно обязательно учитывать поликультурные и полиэтнические особенности государства, что было и является одной из приоритетных национальных стратегических задач и ценностей общества в целом. The problem of formation of professional skills on the basis of national cultural values; their impact on the consciousness and self-consciousness of personality is considered in this article. Today's globalized world, the active migration processes exacerbate the problem of nationaleducation. The sources of traditional pedagogy, the idea of transfer values from generation to generation, and their relationship combine in the national education. The values accepted by the Nations, is its "cementitious mortar" and ensure the integrity of all Nations of this state. Considering certain features of the mentality of the Nations and nationalities, scientists focus on those values that have stood the test of time and is rooted in the soul of the nation. National values act as social and psychological regulators of behavior of people of one ethnic background. In the basis of understanding of cultural differentiation is the understanding of the essence ethnopsychological order. If we turn to the music, it should be noted that music is an art form in which the images are formed with the help of sounds, organized intonations. Music expresses the essence of life and penetrates into the inner and the secret meaning of actions, events, circumstances, scenes. Music reveals the deepest and most cherished the content of feelings and thoughts that brings us happiness or, in modern language, aesthetic pleasure. Creation of any national culture can be derived from the laws of musical development and express through music concepts. Pedagogical aspect of this problem has traditionally been viewed in the context of the objectives of the national problems, since accounting multicultural and multi-ethnic characteristics of state definitely was and is presented as one of the priorities of the national strategic goals and values of society as a whole. Each State sets the pedagogic task is to educate the citizen of his country, the patriot. Reliance on the advice of representatives of the Ukrainian culture of the past, focus on them, gives the opportunity of building a system of values that is most appropriate to national traditions, national view on the world.
