Тлумачний словник термінів варіативного навчального модуля Нової української школи «Воркаут»

Модуль «Воркаут» входить у зміст модельної програми з фізичної культури для учнів 5-9 класів Нової української школи (НУШ) з 2024-2025 навчального року. Навчальний матеріал базових елементів цього модуля у програмі викладено з дотриманням своєрідної термінології, яку використовують воркаутери на вуличних тренуваннях. Нашими дослідженнями виявлено проблему неготовності вчителів фізичної культури до викладання модуля «Воркаут» через труднощі розуміння його базових термінів. Мета публікації – розробити тлумачний словник термінів воркаутських вправ, викладених у змісті варіативного навчального модуля «Воркаут» для учнів 5-9 класів НУШ на основі офіційної гімнастичної термінології. У статті подається тлумачення воркаутських термінів «Крокодильчик», «Передній вис», «Ластівка», «Прапорець», «Хода Бога», «Спартанська хода» «Складка», «Альпініст», «Ведмежа проходка вперед», «Човник», «Планка» та інших з використанням гімнастичної термінології.

The "Workout" module is included in the content of the model program in physical education for students of grades 5-9 of the New Ukrainian School (NUS) from the 2024-2025 academic year. The educational material of the basic elements of this module in the program is presented in compliance with the peculiar terminology used by workouts in outdoor training. Our research has identified the problem of unpreparedness of physical education teachers to teach the "Workout" module due to difficulties in understanding the basic terms. The purpose of the publication is to develop an explanatory dictionary of terms of workout exercises set out in the content of the variable training module "Workout" for students of grades 5-9 of the NUS on the basis of official gymnastic terminology. Research methodology: analysis and generalization of educational and scientific literature, comparative analysis, questionnaires, surveys. Research results. With the help of an analysis of the content of the program of the variable module "Workout" for students of grades 5-9 of the NUS, it highlighted workout terms that are incomprehensible to teachers. like "Crocodile" on parallel bars and on a low crossbar, "Front hang" on the crossbar, "Swallow" on the crossbar, "Flag" on the gymnastic wall, "God's gait" on the crossbar, "Spartan gait", "Fold", "Climber", "Bear walk forward", "Chair" with support against the wall, "Shuttle", "Plank" front, side, reverse etc. using gymnastic terminology. Conclusions. An explanatory dictionary of workout terms based on official gymnastic terminology will make it easier for physical education teachers to apply the "Workout" module in practice etc.
