Духовна культура як чинник формування іміджу політичного лідера

Робота присвячена дослідженню ролі духовної культури у формуванні іміджу політичного лідера. Обґрунтовано, що поняття «імідж» політичного лідера увійшло не лише у науковій обіг, але й стало стійким компонентом свідомості українського суспільства. Проаналізовано різні підходи розуміння природи іміджу політичного лідера та доведено, що найбільш розповсюдженими трактовками іміджу є онтологічна та ціннісна. Розглянуто структурні елементи іміджу та визначено основні чинники, які сприяють утвердженню іміджу політичного лідера – спосіб життя людини, ціннісний контекст середовища, освіта та виховання, засоби масової комунікації та культури. У роботі проаналізована інтегративна роль духовної культури як могутнього і невичерпного джерела позитивних, визнаних суспільством норм поведінки, спілкування, діяльності. Доведено, що духовна культура надає
лідеру соціально-політичний і життєвий досвід, багатство духовних цінностей і є одним з домінантних чинників формування іміджу політичного лідера. Особлива увага у роботі приділяється комплексному аналізу сутності, принципів, завдань системи політичної освіти та виховного процесу, самовихованню політичних лідерів.

Paper is devoted for studying the role of spiritual culture in shaping the image of a political leader. Substantiated that the concept of "image" of a political leader we may meet not only in the academic community, but it also became resistant component of the consciousness of the Ukrainian society. Analyzed the different approaches of understanding the nature of the image of a political leader and proved that the most common interpretation of the image is ontologically and values. The structural elements of the image and identified key factors that contribute to the consolidation of the image of a political leader - a way of life, value the context of environment, education and training, mass communication and culture. The paper analyzed an integrative role of the intellectual culture as a powerful and inexhaustible source of positive community recognized norms of behaviour, communication activities. Proved that the spiritual culture provides leader the sociopolitical and life experience, wealth and spiritual values and it is a dominant factor in shaping the image of a political leader. Particular attention in the work is paid to an integrated analysis of the nature, principles and tasks of political education and the educational process, self-political leaders.
