Approaches to upbringing of spiritual culture in Ukrainian and Chinese scientific and educational area

Автори констатують, що проблема духовної культури є актуальною для будь-якого суспільства і в будь-який час. Проаналізовано підходи українських і китайських учених до понять «духовна культура» та «виховання духовної культури» в освітньому процесі. Встановлено, що в Україні виховання духовної культури дітей та молоді розглядається як цілеспрямований і належним чином організований процес, що базується на засадах загальнолюдських і національних цінностей та здійснюється соціальними інститутами сім'ї, церкви, школи, трудового колективу і держави. Наголошується, що цей процес не виключає активності самого індивіда, який на цій основі визначає свій життєвий шлях, реалізуючи найважливіші духовні цінності. З’ясовано, що з кінця XX століття китайські вчені розуміють виховання духовної культури особистості як продукт її власної творчої діяльності та пов'язують її з розкриттям неповторної індивідуальності. Водночас є безперечною роль гуманізму та ідей конфуціанства як основ духовності китайської традиційної культури

Authors note that the problem of spiritual culture is important for any society and at any time. The article analyzes the approaches of Ukrainian and Chinese scientists to the concepts of “spiritual culture” and “upbringing of spiritual culture” in the educational process. Established that in Ukraine of spiritual culture education of children and youth is presented as purposeful and properly organized process based on the principles of universal and national values and implemented by social institutions (family, church, school, labor and the state). It was emphasized that this process does not exclude the activity of the individual, which on that basis determine course of life, realizing the most important spiritual values. The authors point out that since the end of the 20th century Chinese scientists have understood the upbringing of spiritual culture of personality as a product of his own creativity and associate it with the opening of a unique identity. However, the article writes on the role of ideas of humanism and ideas of Confucianism as the fundamentals of spirituality of Chinese traditional culture.
