Особливості прояву статичної силової витривалості м’язів тулуба студентів музичних спеціальностей в процесі професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки

Особливості професійно зорієнтованої фізичної підготовки студентів спеціальності «Музичне мистецтво»
обумовлюються специфікою прояву фізичних якостей, складних механізмів робочих рухів музикантів. Професійно-
прикладна підготовка студентів музичних спеціальностей висуває певні вимоги до сили м’язів тулуба та рук та
характеризується особливостями збереженні необхідного стато-динамичного режиму під час професійної діяльності.
Професійно-прикладна фізична підготовка студентів музичних спеціальностей представлена обмеженою кількістю
робіт, у яких вирішено окремі питання вдосконалення професійно значущих умінь і навичок.
Проведено оцінку статичної силової витривалості м’язів тулуба студентів різних спеціалізацій спеціальності
«Музичне мистецтво» та порівняльний аналіз отриманих показників у межах обраних для зіставлення спеціалізацій:
«фортепіано, оркестрові струнні інструменти»; «оркестрові духові та ударні інструменти, народні інструменти»;
«вокал, хорове диригування».

Features of professionally oriented physical training of
students of the specialty "Musical art" are conditioned by the specifics of the manifestation of physical qualities, complex
mechanisms of the working movements of musicians. Professional and applied physical training of students of musical professions
imposes certain requirements for the strength of the muscles of the body and hands and is characterized by the peculiarities of
preserving the necessary static-dynamic mode during professional activity. Professional and applied physical training of students of
music specialties is represented by a limited number of works, in which some certain issues of improving professional skills are
solved. Unfortunately, there is a limited amount of research aimed at determining the static strength endurance of different muscle
groups: hands, legs, back, abdominal press of students of musical specialties, although this contingent is characterized by a
tendency to prolong stay in a specific working position, causing disorders of the musculoskeletal system and disharmonious muscle
development. There is determined the estimation of the static strength endurance of the muscles of the body of students of various
specializations of the specialty "Musical art" and a comparative analysis of the obtained indicators among the chosen specializations
for the comparison: "Piano, orchestral string instruments"; "Orchestral wind instruments, percussion instruments, folk instruments";
"Vocal, choral conducting". The conducted pedagogical experiment proves the negative tendency of reduction of the level of physical
preparedness of students during the studying period. Recommendations for improving the process of physical education of students
of musical professions should be applied in the light of the peculiarities of future professional activities and the conditions for its
implementation, including the peculiarities of preserving the necessary statutory regime.
