Розвиток ціннісно-смислової сфери майбутніх учителів у процесі вивчення психологічних дисциплін

Статья посвящена проблеме развития ценностей и смыслов студентов педагогических специальностей в условиях их профессиональной подготовки в высшем учебном заведении. Актуальность данного вопроса обусловлена необходимостью формирования готовности будущего учителя к решению его профессиональных задач в условиях реформирования системы образования, смены идеологических ориентиров общества, нарастания духовного кризиса. В статье проанализированы основные научные подходы к изучению данной проблемы, раскрыт потенциал базовых и вариативных психологических дисциплин в её решении: их содержательного наполнения, методики преподавания, использования активных форм и методов обучения, возможности расширения аксиологического и смыслового компонентов в содержании занятий. Представлены результаты разработки и внедрения в практику высшей школы спецкурса "Ценности и смыслы личности учителя".

The article is devoted to the problem of development of values and meanings of students of pedagogical specialties in the conditions of their professional training in higher educational institution. The relevance of this issue is the need to shape the future teacher willingness to decision his professional tasks in the conditions of the reform of the education system, changes of ideological values of society, a growing of the spiritual crisis.In the article is analyzed basic scientific approach to studying of this problem, is disclosed potential of base and variativnyh of psychological disciplines in its decision: their substantial filling, teaching methodology, the use of active forms and methods of education, the possibility of expanding the axiological and semantic components in the content of training. The results of development and implementation in practice of higher education course "The values and meanings of the individual teacher" are presented.
