Гігієнічне забезпечення та особливості процесу підготовки спортсменів з вадами зору

У статті розкрито класифікацію спортсменів з вадами зору в Паралімпійському спорті; охарактеризовано особливості змагальної діяльності спортсменів з вадами зору; визначено гігієнічне забезпечення тренувальної та змагальної діяльності спортсменів з вадами зору; розкрито нормативні вимоги щодо спортивних споруд та обладнання у процесі їхнього використання під час тренувань та змагань спортсменів з вадами зору; визначено та охарактеризовано корекційні та спеціальні завдання підготовки спортсменів з вадами зору; проаналізовано основні організаційно-методичні підходи щодо проведення навчально-тренувального процесу зі спортсменами з вадами зору; розкрито особливості проведення тренувань зі спортсменами, які займаються голболом; подано комплекси спеціальних імітаційних вправ з метою набуття спеціальних відчуттів, міжм’язової координації для виконання різноманітних кидків у голболі.

The article discloses the classification of visually impaired athletes in Paralympic sports; describes the features of the competitive activities of visually impaired athletes; determines the hygienic provision of training and competitive activities of visually impaired athletes; discloses regulatory requirements for sports facilities and equipment during their use during training and competitions of visually impaired athletes; The correctional and special tasks of training athletes with visual impairments are defined and characterized (development of the ability to purposefully move in space, selection of a sport according to the level of preservation of vision and motor space, mastering the skills of safe interaction with the environment and orientation (including by ear), formation of skills and abilities of accurate, effective and economical actions (including manipulative), corrective and compensatory development of muscle and joint sensations, elimination of stiffness and limitation of movements, ensuring the necessary level of development of physical qualities, development of the ability to maintain static and dynamic balance, improvement of the quality of motor actions, expansion of the range of motor skills and abilities, achievement of the maximum possible competitive result); the main organizational and methodological approaches to conducting the educational and training process with athletes with visual impairments are analyzed; the features of conducting training with athletes involved in goalball are revealed; Complexes of special simulation exercises are presented to gain special sensations and intermuscular coordination for performing various throws in goalball.
