The article addresses a pressing issue in modern military pedagogy and psychology: the transformation of service members' destructive rage into constructive combat energy. In the context of intense combat operations, which are accompanied by constant risk and immense psychological strain, rage emerges as one of the most powerful emotions. It possesses a dual nature: while it can instantly mobilize the body's physical and mental resources, a lack of proper control inevitably leads to chaos and a breakdown of discipline, posing a severe threat to the entire unit. The purpose of this study is to scientifically substantiate a set of pedagogical conditions that enable the conscious management of affective outbursts, channeling them toward the effective execution of combat missions. The methodological framework of the research relies on interdisciplinary approaches that integrate the findings of neurophysiology, alongside social and military psychology. The study demonstrates that emotional management is achieved not through suppression, but by consciously directing emotional potential into a rational course. The fundamental pedagogical conditions for such a transformation are identified. These include the development of self-control skills through systematic training in simulated high-stress situations, the cultivation of strict discipline and core values, as well as the commander's personal example and the establishment of an atmosphere of mutual responsibility within the ranks. It is substantiated that mastering one's aggression elevates a warrior to a higher level of professional maturity, turning them from a potential source of destabilization into a reliable pillar for their squad. The cohesion of a team in which service members can transform an affective state into purposeful action significantly enhances overall combat morale and psychological resilience. Furthermore, the article outlines promising directions for the advancement of emotional training methodologies, specifically the implementation of tailored programs for various military branches and the integration of biomonitoring technologies, artificial intelligence, and virtual simulators. Ultimately, it is concluded that pedagogically managed emotional energy serves as a crucial strategic prerequisite for maximizing the combat effectiveness of the Armed Forces.
