Роль емоційно-інтелектуального розвитку у підготовці майбутнього педагога-вокаліста

Розглядається важливість емоційного інтелекту в професійній підготовці педагогів-вокалістів у закладах вищої мистецької освіти. Акцентовано увагу на концепціях емоційного інтелекту, запропонованих вченими Деніелом Гоулманом, Робертом Стернбергом та Говардом Гарднером, у яких інтегруються емоційні й когнітивні аспекти. Описано методики розвитку емоційного інтелекту, які містять тренінги з саморегуляції, комунікативні вправи та рольові ігри, що готують майбутніх педагогів до ефективної взаємодії з учнями. Пропонований комплексний підхід заохочує до розвитку емоційної компетентності та створення підтримувального навчального середовища, де учні мають змогу розкрити свій творчий потенціал.

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role of emotional-intellectual development in the system of professional training of future vocal teachers within higher art education establishments. The relevance of the research is substantiated by the growing need for the development of emotional intelligence as an essential component of professional competence, particularly in artistic and pedagogical activities that require intensive emotional interaction, creativity, and the ability to establish a psychologically safe learning environment. It is emphasized that effective vocal-pedagogical practice is impossible without developed skills of emotional self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social sensitivity. The article analyzes theoretical approaches to the concept of emotional intelligence presented in the works of Daniel Goleman, Robert Sternberg, Howard Gardner, as well as John Mayer and Peter Salovey, whose theories integrate emotional and cognitive aspects of personality development. It is determined that emotional intelligence plays a crucial role in the professional activity of a vocal teacher, as it contributes to effective management of personal emotional states, understanding and responding to students' emotional needs, reducing anxiety in the learning process, and enhancing motivation for creative self-expression. Special attention is paid to practical methods of developing emotional intelligence in the process of professional training of future vocal teachers. These methods include emotional self-regulation training, exercises aimed at developing empathy and communicative competence, role-playing and musical-pedagogical games, as well as the integration of vocal performance and emotional-reflective activities. The educational potential of ensemble singing, musical games, and analytical work with vocal compositions is substantiated as an effective means of fostering emotional competence, emotional responsiveness, and interpersonal interaction skills. The article proposes an integrated approach to emotional-intellectual development that combines theoretical knowledge with practical artistic and pedagogical experience. This approach is aimed at forming the ability of future vocal teachers to create a supportive learning environment that promotes emotional comfort, creative self-expression, and personal growth of students. It is concluded that emotional-intellectual development is an indispensable condition for improving the quality of vocal-pedagogical education and ensuring the professional and personal self-realization of future vocal teachers in modern higher art education institutions.
