Розвиток творчої особистості майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва у процесі інструментально-виконавського навчання

У контексті культурологічного підходу щодо формування творчої індивідуальності здобувачів в структурі освітнього процесу мистецьких закладів вищої освіти розглядається роль інструментально-виконавської підготовки майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва. У системі професійної підготовки педагогів-музикантів це означає формування певних понять для опису володіння високим рівнем виконавської майстерності, глибокі знання різновидів мистецтва. Таким є поняття «розвиток творчої особистості майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва у процесі інструментально-виконавського навчання» як гармонійне поєднання індивідуальності, творчої мотивації, здібностей та вмінь. Розглядаються педагогічні умови, що сприяють ефективному розвитку творчого потенціалу майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва, до них відносяться такі: стимулювання прагнення до творчої самореалізації у виконавській діяльності; впровадження індивідуалізованого підходу у навчальний процес; інтеграція креативних методів у систему виконавської підготовки; розвиток рефлексивного ставлення до власної діяльності та формування креативного мислення у студентів.

The article emphasizes the important role of instrumental and performing training in the structure of the educational process of higher education institutions and its significant influence on the formation of the creative individuality of a future teacher of music, acting as a fundamental basis for their upcoming practical and pedagogical activities. The relevance of implementing a cultural approach in the system of professional training of music teachers is highlighted, since it provides a broad humanitarian context for the students' artistic worldview and substantially enriches their emotional responsiveness. Particular attention is paid to the need to possess a high level of performing skills, a developed aesthetic taste, and deep knowledge of various types of art, which together form a multidimensional cultural foundation essential for modern musical pedagogy. Having analyzed the psychological and pedagogical literature, the author formulates the concept of "development of the creative personality of a future teacher of musical art in the process of instrumental and performing training" as a harmonious combination of individuality, creative motivation, abilities, and skills, where each element continuously interacts and evolves during the systematic mastery of a musical instrument. Based on the theoretical understanding of the problem and the in-depth study of pedagogical practice, a number of pedagogical conditions have been identified that contribute to the effective development of the creative potential of a future music teacher within the dynamic environment of higher art education. Such conditions include stimulating the desire for creative self-realization in performing activities, implementing an individualized approach into the educational process, integrating creative methods into the system of performing training, developing a reflective attitude towards one's own activities, and forming creative thinking of students, ultimately transforming standard reproductive learning into a highly conscious, creatively oriented, and interpretive artistic process.
