Рефлексивно-орієнтована технологія формування трансфесійної готовності студентів факультетів мистецтв у процесі диригентсько-хорової діяльності

Досліджується проблема формування трансфесійної готовності студентів факультетів мистецтв у процесі диригентсько-хорової діяльності засобами рефлексивно-орієнтованих технологій. З’ясовано, що однією з провідних тенденцій реформування системи освіти стає її рефлексивна орієнтація. За цих умов постає необхідність впровадження у зміст фахової (диригентсько-хорової) підготовки студентів факультетів мистецтв рефлексивно-орієнтованих технологій, спрямованих на особистісно-ціннісний розвиток особистості. Аналіз праць провідних фахівців у сфері педагогіки мистецтва засвідчив потребу рефлексивного насичення освітніх дисциплін у змісті вищої мистецької освіти. Це зумовлено потребою сучасного суспільства у творчо самостійних, критично мислячих фахівцях, здатних систематизувати та узагальнювати здобутий у процесі навчання наявний теоретичний та практичний досвід. З цих позицій визначено, що реалізація рефлексивної діяльності майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва у процесі диригентсько-хорової підготовки відбувається через форму художньої взаємодії з мистецтвом: художньо-педагогічної взаємодії, що виникає у процесі вивчення музично-хорових творів, та художньо-виконавської взаємодії, яка виникає у процесі виконавської діяльності. Доведено, що рефлексивно-орієнтована технологія у змісті диригентсько-хорової підготовки студентів факультетів мистецтв спрямована на формування диригентсько-хорової майстерності в процесі художньої інтерпретації хорових творів. Вона орієнтує студентів на усвідомлення, корекцію і аналіз техніки диригування через самоконтроль та постійний зворотній зв’язок між діями, музичним задумом та реакцією виконавців і слухачів, стимулює студентів до саморозвитку і творчого самовираження у диригентсько-хоровій діяльності.

The problem of the formation of trans-professional readiness of art faculty students in the process of conducting and choral activities by means of reflective-oriented technologies is studied. It is clarified that one of the leading trends in reforming the education system is its reflective orientation. Under these conditions, there is a need to introduce reflective-oriented technologies aimed at the personal and value development of the individual into the content of the professional (conducting and choral) training of art faculty students. The analysis of the works of leading experts in the field of art pedagogy has shown the need for the reflective enrichment of educational disciplines in the content of higher art education. This is due to the need of modern society for creatively independent, critically thinking specialists who are able to systematize and generalize the existing theoretical and practical experience gained in the process of learning, who have the skills of self-knowledge, self-reflection, the ability to impartially and objectively assess their capabilities, etc. From these positions, it is determined that the implementation of the reflective activity of a future teacher of musical art in the process of conducting and choral training occurs through artistic interaction: artistic and pedagogical interaction that arises in the process of studying musical and choral works, and artistic and performing interaction that arises in the process of performing activity. It is proven that the reflective-oriented technology in the content of conducting and choral training of art faculty students is aimed at the formation of conducting and choral skills in the process of artistic interpretation of choral works, orients students to awareness, correction and analysis of conducting techniques through self-control and constant feedback between actions, musical intention and reaction of performers and listeners, stimulates students to self-development and creative self-expression in conducting and choral activities.
