Педагогічні умови формування соціокультурної компетентності майбутніх учителів іноземних мов в умовах інтернаціоналізації вищої освіти

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему професійної підготовки педагогічних кадрів в умовах інтернаціоналізації освіти. Подано авторське тлумачення поняття «педагогічні умови» із урахуванням тематики запропонованого дослідження як сукупності чинників упливу, котрі закономірно створюються у професійній підготовці майбутніх фахівців та забезпечують розширення в університетському середовищі міжнародних зв’язків і партнерської взаємодії суб’єктів освітнього процесу. Визначено й охарактеризовано педагогічні умови формування соціокультурної компетентності майбутніх учителів іноземних мов у процесі інтернаціоналізації вищої освіти (забезпечення позитивної мотивації здобувачів вищої освіти до формування досліджуваного феномена в процесі інтернаціоналізації освіти, усвідомлення важливості толерантного ставлення до представників інших культур; привнесення міжнародного та міжкультурного аспекту на основі аналізу зарубіжного досвіду в зміст професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців, англогізація освітнього процесу вищої школи; застосування для розвитку вмінь і навичок соціокультурної компетентності в процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів іноземних мов сучасних педагогічних технологій та інноваційних методів у навчальній, квазіпрофесійній і практичній діяльності; оптимальне поєднання сучасних форм інтернаціоналізації, різних видів академічної мобільності в процесі залучення майбутніх учителів до активної професійно-спрямованої соціокультурної діяльності). Сучасні форми інтернаціоналізації освіти надають нові можливості щодо залучення міжнародної підтримки; покращення якості вітчизняної освіти та зростання конкурентоспроможності українських вишів, упровадження міжнародних стандартів у практику роботи системи вищої освіти; ефективної взаємодії із міжнародними партнерами.The article examines the current problem of professional training of pedagogical personnel in the context of internationalization of education. The author's interpretation of the concept of "pedagogical conditions" has been presented, taking into account the subject of the proposed study as a set of influencing factors that are naturally created in the professional training of future specialists and ensure the expansion of international ties and partnership interaction of subjects of the educational process of university environment. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of socio-cultural competence of future foreign language teachers in the process of internationalization of higher education have been determined and characterized (ensuring positive motivation of higher education applicants to form the phenomenon under study in the process of internationalization of education, awareness of the importance of a tolerant attitude towards representatives of other cultures; introducing an international and intercultural aspect based on the analysis of foreign experience into the content of professional training of future specialists, anglicization of the educational process of higher education; application of modern pedagogical technologies and innovative methods in educational, quasi-professional and practical activities for the development of skills and abilities of socio-cultural competence in the process of professional training of future foreign language teachers; optimal combination of modern forms of internationalization, various types of academic mobility in the process of involving future teachers in active professionally-oriented socio-cultural activities). Modern forms of internationalization of education provide new opportunities for attracting international support; improving the quality of domestic education and increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian universities, implementing international standards in the practice of the higher education system; and effective interaction with international partners.
