Мотиваційно-ціннісний конструкт підготовки студентів факультетів мистецтв до мистецько-освітнього проєктування

У статті розглянуто думки вчених щодо мотиваційно-ціннісного конструкту у створенні сприятливих умов для саморозвитку особистості через залучення до креативного середовища. Організаційно-процесуальний структурний компонент охоплює компетентність майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва і хореографії як результат розуміння та керівництва внутрішньою та зовнішньою динамікою існування мистецьких явищ, задіяння функціонального потенціалу, координації розвитку освітніх проєктів. Критерії та показники означеного феномена: міра ефективності та адаптованості у організації і рішенні різномасштабних проєктно-ділових завдань. Показники організаційно-процесуального компонента: спроможність студентів факультетів мистецтв до моделювання проектів; володіння комплексом інтегрованих мистецько-педагогічних умінь для здійснення різнобічної художньої комунікацій та організаційних дій.

The article considers the opinions of scientists on the importance of the motivational and value construct of training students of arts faculties for artistic-projective educational skills. It most significant manifestation is in supporting the activity of participants in dialogical interaction in creating favorable conditions for the self-development of the individual through involvement in a creative environment. From this position, the organizational and procedural structural component is considered, which encompasses the competence of future teachers of musical art and choreography as a result of understanding and managing the internal and external dynamics of the existence of artistic phenomena, knowledge of states, the involvement of functional potential, coordination, and the course of development of educational projects, their systemic effect (single and multidimensional). The criterion and indicators of the specified phenomenon are determined, namely, the measure of efficiency and adaptability in organizing and solving various-scale business tasks. Indicators of the organizational and procedural component are the ability of students of the faculties of arts to model projects and possession of a complex of integrated artistic and pedagogical skills for the implementation of versatile artistic communications and organizational actions. The article provides a qualitative description of the criteria and indicators of the specified phenomenon.
