Підготовка аспірантів з музичного мистецтва в контексті реалізації цілей сталого розвитку

У статті здійснений теоретичний аналіз змісту та характерних особливостей підготовки аспірантів з музичного мистецтва в контексті реалізації цілей сталого розвитку. Теоретично обґрунтовано концептуальні положення 17 глобальних Цілей Сталого Розвитку згідно рамкового документу ООН, серед яких виокремлено ціль № 4 «Якісна освіта», яка спрямована на забезпечення всеохоплюючої і справедливої якісної освіти та заохочення можливості навчання впродовж життя для усіх. Розглянуто рекомендацію керівних органів держави освітнім та науковим установам щодо необхідності враховувати Цілі сталого розвитку України на період до 2030 року під час визначення напрямів наукових досліджень. Проаналізовано зміст і характерні особливості ключових міждисциплінарних компетентностей, визначених в документах ЮНЕСКО як трансверсальних, які мають забезпечити відповідний професійний прошарок фахівців, які б сприяли успішному розв’язанню проблем екологічного, технологічного, соціального, регіонального та іншого характеру в інтересах сталого майбутнього.
З цих позицій розкрито імплементацію принципів «Освіти на користь сталого розвитку» у змісті освітньо-наукової програми з галузі знань 01 «Освіта» спеціальності 014 Середня освіта «Музичне мистецтво» для здобувачів третього (освітньо-наукового) рівня вищої освіти «Доктор філософії», яка функціонує в Українському державному університеті імені Михайла Драгоманова. Проаналізовано структуру та зміст освітніх компонентів зазначеної програми в контексті формування у здобувачів вищої освіти ступеня доктор філософії міждисциплінарних компетентностей, які передбачають готовність здобувачів самостійно аналізувати та визначати закономірності розвитку суспільних процесів в інтересах сталого майбутнього. Доведено ефективність запропонованих в програмі освітніх компонентів для досягнення програмних результатів навчання аспірантів з музичного мистецтва у відповідь на інноваційні запити суспільства.

The article presents a theoretical analysis of the content and characteristics of postgraduate training in music in the context of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. The conceptual provisions of the 17 global Sustainable Development Goals according to the UN framework document are theoretically substantiated, among which Goal 4 ‘Quality Education’ is highlighted, which aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. The author considers the recommendation of the governing bodies of the State to educational and scientific institutions on the need to take into account the Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine for the period up to 2030 when determining the directions of scientific research. The article analyses the content and characteristics of key interdisciplinary competencies defined in UNESCO documents as transversal, which should provide an appropriate professional layer of specialists who would contribute to the successful solution of environmental, technological, social, regional and other problems in the interests of a sustainable future.
From these perspectives, the implementation of the principles of ‘Education for Sustainable Development’ in the content of the educational and scientific programme in the field of knowledge 01 ‘Education’, specialty 014 Secondary Education ‘Musical Art’ for applicants for the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education ‘Doctor of Philosophy’, which operates at the Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University, is revealed. The structure and content of the educational components of this programme are analysed in the context of the formation of interdisciplinary competencies in higher education students of the Doctor of Philosophy degree, which provide for the readiness of students to independently analyse and determine the patterns of development of social processes in the interests of a sustainable future. The effectiveness of the educational components proposed in the programme for achieving the programme outcomes of postgraduate students’ education in music in response to innovative demands of society is proved.
