Виховання лідерських якостей у майбутніх учителів у процесі професійної підготовки

На основі аналізу психолого-педагогічних та філософських джерел розкрито сутність понять «лідер», «лідерські якості»; визначено структуру лідерських якостей особистості майбутнього вчителя; обґрунтовано педагогічні умови виховання лідерських якостей майбутніх вчителів у процесі професійної підготовки.

Based of the analysis of psychological-pedagogical and philosophical sources, the essence of the concepts “leader”, “leadership qualities” was revealed; the structure of the leadership qualities of the personality of the future teacher was determined; the pedagogical conditions for the education of leadership qualities of future teachers in the process of professional training were substantiated.
