Попередження психологічної дезадаптації поранених у системі соціально-психологічної реабілітації військовослужбовців

Abstract

Метою дослідження стало визначення основних причин та проявів психологічної дезадаптації поранених військовослужбовців. У статті встановлено місце питання попередження психологічної дезадаптації військовослужбовців у системі соціально-психологічної реабілітації. Розкрито особливості дезадаптації як процесу, прояву і результату орієнтації індивіда в умовах середовища життєдіяльності. Проаналізована роль почуття незадоволеності як ключової ознаки психологічної дезадаптованості військовослужбовця. Наголошено, що завдання соціально-психологічної реабілітації поранених військовослужбовців – це не просто допомога в їх адаптації до умов існування, а підтримка процесу перетворення (зміни) самого неадаптованого з метою корекції його прагнень до недосяжного.The aim of the study is to define the main causes and manifestations of psychological exclusion of wounded servicemen. The tasks of the study are to reveal the peculiarities of psychological exclusion of wounded servicemen as the process, manifestation and result, as well as to define the importance of the prevention of psychological exclusion of wounded servicemen issue in the system of socialpsychological rehabilitation in general. In the article the importance of the prevention of psychological exclusion of wounded servicemen issue in the system of social-psychological rehabilitation has been defined. The essence of the exclusion as the process (decrease of servicemen adaptation abilities in the society), as the manifestation (servicemen distress in relations and performance) and as the result (servicemen disharmony with themselves and the society) of the individual’s orientation in the habitat has been revealed. The peculiarities of the feeling of dissatisfaction as the key feature of psychological exclusion of servicemen have been analysed. It has been emphasized, that the task of wounded servicemen social-psychological rehabilitation is not only to help them adapt to living conditions, but also to support the non-adapted ones in their process of changing for the purpose to correct their striving for the unattainable; it is the contribution to the individual’s selection (via psycho-education, consulting etc.), development and fixing of the new behavior stereotypes, aimed at the successive change of those reality positions, which may be changed by them.
