Features of warrant pedagogical interaction with future teachers in the process of individual work organization

This article presents the ways and condition of pedagogical interaction in the organization of individual work with students. Individualization of learning process, which is based on variations of the educational material content, involves the preservation of the program minimum level taking into account students’ volitional qualities of interest, their attitude to the learning process and the chosen professional scope, adherence to the teacher’s pedagogical tact. Self-assignments make it possible for teacher to see the difficulties some students will face and promptly assist them in learning.

У статті подано шляхи та умови забезпечення педагогічної взаємодії у процесі організації індивідуальної роботи зі студентами. Індивідуалізація навчання, що будується на варіантах змісту навчального матеріалу, передбачає збереження програмного мінімуму, врахування інтересу вольових якостей студентів, їх відношення до навчання і обраної професійної сфери, дотримання викладачем педагогічного такту. Самостійне виконання завдань дає змогу викладачу бачити ті труднощі, з якими зіштовхнуться окремі студенти, і своєчасно надавати їм допомогу в навчанні.
