Інтеркультурна компетентність як основа життєтворчості української молоді в умовах війни

Abstract

Актуальність теми дослідження визначена через аспект мети освіти у національному законодавстві. Також автором звернуто увагу на те, що інтеркультурна компетентність має значення для розроблення стратегій згуртованості молоді. Постановка проблеми. У статті зазначено про те, що розкриття проблеми основ життєтворчості української молоді в умовах війни сприятиме утвердженню цінностей гуманізму і верховенства права, гармонізації культур і цінностей Європейського Союзу і України, дасть змогу ефективно залучати молодь до процесів відновлення України у повоєнний час. Інтеркультурна компетентність розглянута через призму теорій комунікації і мовної освіти. Описано багатокомпонентну, структуровану інтеркультурну компетентність за матеріалами M. Byram), як складника соціолінгвістичної компетентності і компетентності дискурсу. Визначено, що аспекти впливу інтеркультурної компетентності на життєтворчість української молоді в умовах війни (стійкість, адаптивність, діяльна участь української молоді у відбудові) передбачають концентри розвитку елементів структури інтеркультурної компетентності за M. Byram.Relevance of the research is determined through the aspect of the purpose of education in national legislation. The author also draws attention to the fact that intercultural competence is important for the development of youth cohesion strategies. Problem statement. The article states that revealing the problem of the foundations of the life creativity of Ukrainian youth in war conditions will contribute to the establishment of the values of humanism and the rule of law, the harmonization of the cultures and values of the European Union and Ukraine, and will make it possible to effectively involve young people in the processes of restoration of Ukraine in the post-war period. Intercultural competence is considered through the prism of theories of communication and language education. Multicomponent, structured intercultural competence is described based on materials by M. Byram) as a component of sociolinguistic competence and discourse competence. It is determined that aspects of the influence of intercultural competence on the life-creativity of Ukrainian youth in wartime conditions (stability, adaptability, active participation of Ukrainian youth in reconstruction) involve the development of the elements of the structure of intercultural competence according to M. Byram.
