Студентське самоуправління у контексті демократизації вищої освіти України

Системно проаналізовано процес демократизації вищої освіти за умов розбудови системи студентського самоврядування. Визначено його місце та роль у процесі-посереднику або управлінському циклі. Розглянуто самоорганізаційний потенціал студентства як підставу та делегування частини владних повноважень органом адміністративного управління / ректоратом ВНЗ на рівень органів студентського самоврядування як умови з використанням алгоритму: суть - зміст - форма - критерій якості процесу демократизації на кожному з зазначених етапах. Увагу приділено системному ефекту, що виникає під час інтеграції самоорганізації та самоменеджменту студентства та децентралізації влади ректоратом ВНЗ, за якої формується саморегуляція навчальної форми на підставі ціннісно-смислової детермінації поведінки членів трудового колективу, а також гомеостат як орган саморегуляції соціального організму ВНЗ. Як критерій цього процесу визначено організаційну свободу особистості, що грунтується на її організаційній свідомості. Висвітлено продукти та ефекти цього явища, зокрема, смислова детермінація забезпечує гомеорез, ціннісна - гомеостаз. За їх поєднання породжується аутопоезис / самовідтворення соціального організму ВНЗ.

The present thesis is devoted to the systematic analysis of the democratization process of Ukrainian higher education in conditions of building up of the students self-governing by way of identification of its place and role in the mediator process or so-called management cycle. Self-organizational students’ potential is being consistently analyzed as a reason and as a precondition for delegating part of authority by the administrative body/ rector's office of the higher education institution to the level of students self-governing. This analysis is conducted under an algorithm: essence-content-form-criterion of the democratization process quality on each of these two stages. The specific attention is given to the systematic effect, emerging during the integration of the students’ self-organization and self-management with decentralization of the administrative body/ rector's office authority, since here initial self-regulation is being built up on the basis of essence and content determination of the collective members behavior, and appears pulse of a new body formation within the higher education institution (HEI), a homeostasis being formed as a body of entire self-regulation. The criterion for this process is identified by organizational freedom of an individual that can ground on its organizational consciousness. At this products and effects of the event should be highlighted: the content determination ensures homeorez, value – homeostasis and both together deliver autopoezis/self-creation of the social body at the higher education institution.
