Компоненти, критерії, показники та рівні сформованості мотивації майбутніх іноземних авіафахівців до професійної комунікації

У статті розкрито проблему формування мотивації майбутніх іноземних авіафахівців до професійної комунікації. Досліджено, що 70−80 % трудової діяльності авіафахівців становить саме комунікація, яка вимагає, своєю чергою,
високого рівня сформованості мотивації до професійної комунікації, що становить одне з ключових понять у професійній підготовці іноземців – майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі. Було зазначено, що ефективність професійної підготовки іноземних студентів та якість освіти залежать від чіткого визначення компонентів, критеріїв, показників та рівнів формування мотивації майбутніх студентів-іноземців до професійної комунікації. Розвиток авіаційної індустрії зумовлює необхідність удосконалення та модернізації професійної освіти іноземних студентів, створення нових умов навчання та виховання іноземців спрямоване на здійснення більш якісної та різнобічної підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців авіаційного профілю.

The article deals with the problem of forming the motivation of future foreign aviation specialists to professional communication. It was investigated that 70−80 % of the work of aviation specialists is communication, which requires a high level of motivation formation for professional communication, which is one of the key concepts in the training of foreigners – future specialists in the aviation industry. It was noted that the effectiveness of the professional training of foreign students and the quality of education depends on a clear definition of components, criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the motivation of future foreign students – professionals in the field of aviation to professional communication. The development of the aviation industry necessitates the improvement and modernization of the professional education of foreign students of the aviation industry specialists, creation of new conditions for training and education of foreigners aimed at more qualitative and versatile
training of highly skilled specialists in the aviation profile.
