Сучасний стан взаємодії закладу дошкільної освіти та сім`ї у формуванні основ здорового способу життя дітей дошкільного віку

Abstract

У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз проблеми формування здорового способу життя дітей дошкільного віку в умовах війского стану в Україні. Проаналізовано ефективність методів у формуванні загального здоров’я дітей, значення співпраці батьків з педагогами закладу дошкільної освіти у формування здорового способу життя. Уточнено дефініції понять: «здоров`я», «здоров`язбережувальна компетентність». Здійснено емпірічне дослідження формування здорового способу життя дітей дошкільного віку в родині, ефективні методи та форми формування здорового способу життя. У статті подано результати опитування батьків дітей дошкільного віку, що висвітлюють відношення батьків до проблеми здоров`язбереження та фізичного виховання дітей, способи отримання інформації про здоров`я дітей, визначення пріоритатності фізичного виховання дітей, вибір ефектиних засобів збереження здоров`я дітей, фактори погіршення їх здоров`я. Проаналізовано вплив воєнного стану на здоров`я дітей в Україні та способи підримки фізичного та психічного здоров`я дітей. Виявлено, що батьки дітей дошкільного віку наділяють вагомого значення розумовому та фізичному розвитку дітей, зацікавлені в отримані інформації про формування основ здорового способу життя, використовують доступні засоби збереження здоров`я в умовах родини, визнають негативний вплив війського стану в Україні на здоров`я дітей, наголошують на важливому значенні взаємодії закладу дошкільної освіти та батьків. Автор статті підводить до думки, що на сучасному етапі реорганізації дошкільної освіти в Україні формування основ здорового способу життя та підтримка психічного та фізичного здоров`я дітей у взаємодії закладу дошкільної освіти та сім`ї набули пріоритетного значення. Наодано методичні рекомендації для вихователів з метою оптимізації формування основ здоров`я дітей.The article carries out a theoretical analysis of the problem of forming a healthy lifestyle of preschool children in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. The effectiveness of methods in promoting children's general health and the importance of cooperation between parents and teachers of preschool education institutions in promoting a healthy lifestyle have been analyzed. The definitions of the concepts: "health", "health-preserving competence" have been clarified. An empirical study of the formation of a healthy lifestyle of preschool children in the family, effective methods, and forms of formation of a healthy lifestyle were carried out. The article presents the results of a survey of parents of preschool children, which highlight the attitude of parents to the problem of health care and physical education of children, methods of obtaining information about children's health, determining the priority of children's physical education, choosing effective means of preserving children's health, factors of deterioration children's health. The influence of the state of war on the health of children in Ukraine and methods of supporting the physical and mental health of children are analyzed. It was found that parents of preschool children attach great importance to the mental and physical development of children, are interested in the information received about the formation of the foundations of a healthy lifestyle, use available means of health preservation in family conditions, recognize the negative impact of the state of war in Ukraine on the health of children, emphasize the importance of interaction between the preschool education institution and parents. The author of the article suggests that at the current stage of the reorganization of preschool education in Ukraine, the formation of the foundations of a healthy lifestyle and the support of children's mental and physical health in the interaction of the preschool education institution and the family have gained priority. Methodical recommendations for educators are given to optimize the formation of the foundations of children's health.
