Навчання для сталого майбутнього: розвиток основних компетенцій

Упровадження сталого розвитку (СР) в освіту є складником формування у прийдешніх поколінь готовності до вирішення екологічних, соціальних і економічних проблем. Це вагомий аспект розвитку сучасного суспільства, який дозволяє досягати балансу між потребами й можливостями. Освіта для сталого розвитку (ОСР), як ключова рушійна сила Цілей сталого розвитку (ЦСР), необхідна, щоб екологічна свідомість, етична відповідальність та інноваційне мислення інтегрувались і активно підтримувались у різних сферах повсякденно-го життя. Метою статті є аналіз освітніх компонентів освітніх програм спеціальності 101 Екологія в аспек-ті впровадження Цілей сталого розвитку та формування відповідних компетенцій. Методологія дослідження базується на результатах наукових праць, вивченні нормативних документів стосовно забезпечення національних інтересів щодо сталого розвитку та їх інтеграцію в освітньому процесі. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що розглянуто особливості імплементації Цілей сталого розвитку у процес підготовки здобувачів освіти зі спеціальності 101 Екологія першого, другого та третього рівнів вищої освіти. Здійснено аналіз освітніх компонентів, які вивчають студенти й аспіранти, з погляду набуття компетенцій в аспекті освіти для сталого розвитку. Висновки. Вивчення сутності Цілей сталого розвитку, їхніх завдань та індикаторів має системний характер під час освоєння здобувачами освітніх компонентів і впроваджуєтьсяна всіх рівнях вищої освіти. Такий підхід сприяє формуванню обізнаних, відповідальних і активних фахівців у вирішенні екологічних проблем. Зокрема, розумінню динаміки екосистеми, особливостей взаємодії між людиною та навколишнім середовищем, надає можливість фахівцям ухвалювати обґрунтовані рішення та вживати раціональних дій щодо захисту навколишнього середовища та сталого розвитку. Підготовка фахівців за розглянутими освітніми програмами сприяє вдосконаленню та розвитку професійних компетенцій з упровадження Цілей сталого розвитку в екологічну діяльність.

The integration of Sustainable Development (SD) into education is a component of the formation of future generations’ readiness to solve environmental, social and economic problems. This is an important aspect of the development of modern society, which allows achieving a balance between needs and opportunities. Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), as a key driving force of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), is necessary for
environmental awareness, ethical responsibility and innovative thinking to be integrated and actively supported in various areas of everyday life. The aim of the article is to analyze the educational components of educational programs of the specialty 101 Ecology in terms of implementing the Sustainable Development Goals and forming relevant competencies.
The research methodology is based on the results of scientific works, the study of regulatory documents and resolutions regarding ensuring national interests in Sustainable Development and their integration into the educational process. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the features of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in the process of training students in the specialty 101 Ecology of the first, second and third levels of higher education are considered. An analysis of the educational components studied by students and postgraduates from the point of view of
acquiring competencies in the aspect of education for Sustainable Development is carried out. Conclusions. The study of the essence of the SDGs and their indicators is systematic in the process of mastering educational components by students and is implemented at all levels of higher education. This approach contributes to the formation of knowledgeable, responsible and active specialists in solving environmental problems. In particular, understanding the dynamics of the ecosystem, the features of the interaction between man and the environment, enabling specialists to make informed decisions and take
rational actions regarding environmental protection and Sustainable Development. Training of specialists according to the considered educational programs contributes to the improvement and development of professional competencies in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in environmental activities.
