Розгляд правової компетентності майбутніх соціальних педагогів у наукових дослідженнях

У статті розглядається правова компетентність фахівця, як здатність виконувати
професійні функції з урахуванням соціально-правових знань та досвіду правових дій, виділяти в
них соціально-правову складову та передбачає три рівні її сформованості: перший
(початковий) рівень, де визначається ступінь уміння здобувати і опрацьовувати необхідні
знання; другий, де визначається ступінь участі (активної чи пасивної) у суспільно-
громадському житті; третій, де визначається ступінь взаємодії з соціально-правовим
середовищем.

The article deals with the legal competence of a specialist, as an ability to perform professional
functions, taking into account the social and legal knowledge and experience of legal actions, to
allocate in them a socio-legal component and assumes three levels of its formation: the first (initial)
level, where the degree of ability to obtain and to develop the necessary knowledge; the second, where
the degree of participation (active or passive) in social and public life is determined; the third, where
the degree of interaction with the socio-legal environment is determined.
