Інноваційні технології управління новою українською школою

У статті розглянуто та проаналізовано інноваційні технології управління новою українською школою. Охарактеризовано теоретичні підходи до визначення понять “технології”, “управлінські технології”, “управлінські інноваційні технології”. У статті розкрито зміст управлінських інноваційних технологій, проведено теоретичний аналіз наукових джерел з виокремленого питання. Проаналізовано сучасний стан та головні напрями пошуку, розроблення та впровадження інноваційних технологій управління у новій українській школі. Автором проаналізовано місце і роль управлінських технологій у системі управління загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом. Здійснено обґрунтування актуальності використання управлінських технології у системі функцій управління. Охарактеризовано окремі сучасні технології управління. Розглянуто ефективність управління інноваційною діяльністю в умовах нової української школи, яка залежить від розвитку та збагачення всіх характеристик системи; оновлення функцій управління та конкретних управлінських дій; удосконалення організаційної системи управління; оптимізації технологій, механізмів управління; саморозвитку керівника закладу.

The article examines and analyzes the innovative management technologies of the new Ukrainian school. Theoretical approaches to defining the concepts of “technology”, “management technologies”, “management innovation technologies” are characterized. The article discloses the content of innovative management technologies, and conducts a theoretical analysis of scientific sources on the selected issue. The current state and main directions of search, development and implementation of innovative management technologies in the new Ukrainian school are analyzed. The author analyzed the place and role of management technologies in the management system of a general educational institution. The justification of the relevance of the use of management technology in the system of management functions was carried out. Some modern control technologies are characterized. The efficiency of management of innovative activities in the conditions of the new Ukrainian school, which depends on the development and enrichment of all the characteristics of the system, is considered; updating management functions and specific management actions; improvement of the organizational management system; optimization of technologies, management mechanisms; self-development of the head of the institution.
