Психологічна готовність педагога до протидії маніпулятивному впливу у спілкуванні з підлітками

У дисертації досліджено зміст та структуру феномена психологічної готовності педагога до протидії маніпулятивному впливу у спілкуванні з підлітками. Розглянуто особливості проблемних педагогічних ситуацій, пов’язаних з використанням учнями підліткового віку маніпулятивних засобів впливу на педагога. Розкрито особливості протистояння педагогів маніпулятивному впливу у спілкуванні з підлітками, встановлено недостатній рівень розвитку компонентів психологічної готовності (когнітивного, мотиваційного, емоційно-вольового та операційного) до протидії маніпулятивному впливу у спілкуванні з підлітками. Встановлено типи учителів з домінуванням різних способів реагування на ситуації маніпулятивного впливу з боку підлітків. Обґрунтовано і розроблено діяльнісну модель протидії педагога маніпулятивному впливу у спілкуванні з підлітками та доведено ефективність цілеспрямованої роботи з учителями з розвитку компонентів психологічної готовності до протидії маніпулятивному впливу у спілкуванні з підлітками.

In the dissertation the content and structure of the phenomenon of psychological preparedness of a pedagogue to confrontation of the manipulative influence while communicating with teenagers are investigated.
The peculiarities of the problematic pedagogical situations connected with the use by pupils-teenagers of the manipulative means of influence on a pedagogue are viewed upon. The peculiarities of confrontation of a pedagogues to the manipulative influence while communicating with teens have been carried, it is determined the insufficient level of the development of the components of psychological preparedness (cognitive, motivational, emotional, willful and operational) to the confrontation of the manipulative influence while communicating with teenagers. The types of teachers with the domination of different ways of reacting on the situations of the manipulative influence on behalf of teens are defined.
On the basis of the analysis of the research it is developed the model of psychological preparedness of a pedagogue to the constructive confrontation of the manipulative influence while communicating with teenagers. The efficiency of the purposeful work with teachers on developing the components of psychological preparedness to the manipulative influence while communicating with teenagers is grounded, developed and proved.
