Наставництво як педагогічний феномен

Abstract

У статті здійснено характеристику й визначено особливості такого педагогічного поняття як наставництво. Розглянуто феномен наставництва в історико-педагогічному контексті: від античних часів до сьогодення. Представлено та проаналізовано основні програми наставництва за якими працює громадська організація «Big Brothers Big Sisters of America» у Сполучених Штатах Америки. Розкрито зміст програм по впровадженню ідеї наставництва в Україні. Деталізовано підходи до значення та впливу особи наставника на формування особистості дитини, її ціннісних орієнтирів. Проаналізовано законодавчі акти України щодо наставництва дітей – сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування. Виокремлено основні проблеми дітей, що виховуються в інтернатних закладах.Mentoring as an Pedagogical Phenomenon. The paper presents the concept of mentoring. The author analyzes such basic pedagogical notions, as «mentor» and «mentoring»; investigates the main aspects of mentoring during the history: from ancient civilization to our days; considers and analyzes the main programs of mentoring in «Big Brothers Big Sisters of America» organization. The author is submitters the main programs of mentoring in Ukraine; grounders value and effect of mentor to the child, specially for orphans and children deprived of parents care; analyzes the legislative acts of Ukraine aimed at supporting of orphans and children deprived of parental care; emphasizes the main problems of children, whom upbringing at the boarding school and orphanage.
