Проблема виховання естетичної культури майбутніх педагогів

Abstract

Досліджується питання виховання естетичної культури майбутніх педагогів (зміст і основні технології). Визначивши естетичну культуру як здатність і уміння особистості відчути свій зв'язок зі світом й іншими людьми, змістовно (і чуттєво) пережити й людським чином виразити їх повноту і бага­томаніття через творення краси, автор пропонує зупинитися на педагогічному аспекті цього феномену; він виходить з того, що у широкому розумінні «педагогіка» означає ні що інше, як майстерність «людинотворення» засобами освіти та виховання. Естетична культура в цьому розумінні є символом краси педагогічного мислення і дії. Вчитель має відчувати красу навколишнього світу і людини й уміти втілювати її у процес «людинотво­рення».The issue of upbringing of the aesthetic culture of future teachers (content and basic technologies) is researched. By defining aesthetic culture as the ability and capability of an individual to feel connected with the world and other people, meaningfully (and sensually) to experience and express humanity their fullness and diversity through the creation of beauty, the author proposes to stay on the pedagogical aspect of this phenomenon; he proceeds from the fact that in the broad sense, "pedagogy" means more than the skill of "human creation (man-making)" by means of education and upbringing. Aesthetic culture in this sense is a symbol of the beauty of pedagogical thinking and action. The teacher must feel the beauty of the world and the person and be able to translate it into the process of "human creation". Aesthetic culture in this sense appears as a characteristic of the beauty of the pedagogical process. Formation of the aesthetic culture of the future teacher is one of the central tasks of modern pedagogy.
