В статті розглядаються законодавчі аспекти взаємодії держави та недержавних
організацій через механізм соціального замовлення. Як стратегічний напрям
реформування системи соціальних послуг на сьогодні розглядається розробка і
впровадження механізму соціального замовлення на соціальні послуги на регіональному рівні за рахунок місцевих бюджетів на підставі визначення потреб територіальної громади у соціальних послугах.
