Інноваційне освітнє середовище закладу вищої освіти в системі підготовки майбутніх фахівців

У статті досліджується проблема формування інноваційного освітнього середовища закладу вищої освіти в системі підготовки майбутніх фахівців. Зокрема, проаналізовано поняття «інноваційне освітнє середовище», сутність інноваційного мислення майбутнього фахівця, основні вимоги до інноваційного освітнього середовища сучасного закладу вищої освіти. Подано авторське визначення сутності поняття «інноваційне виховне середовище» як системи об’єктивних зовнішніх впливів і духовно-матеріальних умов формування особистості в закладі вищої освіти, що відкриває нові можливості для організації виховної роботи, самореалізації, самовдосконалення здобувачів вищої освіти, розвитку їх особистісних і професійних якостей. У статті охарактеризовано інноваційне виховне середовище ЗВО, його позитивні впливи на формування готовності майбутніх учителів до інноваційної виховної діяльності в закладі освіти. Зазначено, що процес виховання у ЗВО – це система виховних заходів, спрямованих на формування всебічно розвиненої, активної й ініціативної особистості. Наголошено, що під час аналізу системи виховної роботи у закладах вищої освіти варто виходити з розуміння системи як певної впорядкованої сукупності елементів, взаємопов’язаних між собою принципами, що, у свою чергу, утворюють систему та забезпечують єдність дій у процесі реалізації головної мети та завдань виховання. Тому лише за умов безперервної освіти стратегічною метою системи виховання у сучасному закладі вищої освіти є підготовка професійно й культурно орієнтованої особистості, яка відрізняється здатністю до професійної, інтелектуальної та соціальної творчості, усвідомленням необхідності навчання та самовдосконалення протягом усього життя. Визначено основні завдання сучасної системи виховання, принципи виховання та напрями виховної діяльності у закладах вищої освіти в умовах безперервної освіти. Зазначено, що значну увагу у контексті підготовки майбутніх фахівців варто приділяти застосуванню виховного потенціалу освітніх компонентів, які формують філософсько-світоглядну позицію, науковий досвід, пізнавальну активність і культуру розумової праці, навички самоврядування, соціальної активності і соціальної відповідальності, політичну культуру здобувачів вищої освіти; виховують почуття любові до Батьківщини і свого народу, формують правосвідомість; сприяють виробленню свідомого позитивного ставлення до праці, естетичної культури і фізичного вдосконалення. Висвітлено ресурсне забезпечення інноваційного освітнього середовища в Університеті Григорія Сковороди в Переяславі.

The article investigates the problem of forming an innovative educational environment of a higher education institution in the system of training future specialists. In particular, the concept of «innovative educational environment», the essence of innovative thinking of a future specialist, the main requirements for the innovative educational environment of a modern higher education institution are analyzed. The author’s definition of the essence of the concept of «innovative educational environment» is presented as a system of objective external influences and spiritual and material conditions for the formation of a personality in a higher education institution, which opens up new opportunities for the organization of educational work, self-realization, self-improvement of higher education applicants, and the development of their personal and professional qualities. The article characterizes the innovative educational environment of a higher education institution, its positive effects on the formation of the readiness of future teachers for innovative educational activities in an educational institution. It is noted that the process of education in a higher education institution is a system of educational measures aimed at the formation of a comprehensively developed, active and initiative personality. It is emphasized that when analyzing the system of educational work in higher education institutions, it is worth starting from the understanding of the system as a certain ordered set of elements interconnected by principles, which, in turn, form a system and ensure unity of action in the process of implementing the main goal and objectives of education. Therefore, only under the conditions of continuous education, the strategic goal of the education system in a modern higher education institution is the preparation of a professionally and culturally oriented individual, distinguished by the ability for professional, intellectual and social creativity, awareness of the need for learning and self-improvement throughout life. The main tasks of the modern education system, the principles of education and the directions of educational activity in higher education institutions in the conditions of continuous education are determined. It is noted that in the context of training future specialists, significant attention should be paid to the application of the educational potential of educational components that form a philosophical and ideological position, scientific experience, cognitive activity and culture of intellectual work, skills of self-government, social activity and social responsibility, political culture of higher education applicants; cultivate a sense of love for the Motherland and its people, form a sense of justice; contribute to the development of a conscious positive attitude to work, aesthetic culture and physical improvement. The resource provision of an innovative educational environment at the Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav is highlighted.
