Досягнення і проблеми тренду міжнародних тестувань якості освіти

Abstract

Проаналізовано причини розширення цілей дослідження систем освіти та вимірювань якості їх діяльності далеко поза національні межі. Викладено головні риси еволюції порівняльних педагогічних досліджень і проведення одночасного тестування (PIRLS, TIMSS і PISA) учнів з багатьох держав світу. Головну увагу звернуто на виміри PISA, зокрема, вміння читати, розуміти і використовувати тексти, а також комплексного вимірювання «готовності до життя-ХХІ» учнів 15 років (PISA). Указано на успіхи і недосконалості наявних завдань PISA під час вимірів спроможності до креативності і творчості. Доведено, що найбільш корисною і перспективною є участь учнів України в тестуванні PISA.The reasons of expanding the goals of studying educational systems and measuring the quality of their activities far beyond the national boundaries are explored. The main features of the evolution of comparative pedagogical researches and the simultaneous testing (PIRLS, TIMSS and PISA) of students from many countries of the world are described. The main focus is on PISA measurements, in particular, the ability to read, understand and use texts, as well as a integrated measuring «readiness of the15-year-old students for life-XXI». Achievements and defects of existing PISA tasks for measuring creativity and innovative thinking are also mentioned. It is proved that the most useful and promising part is the participation of Ukrainian students in PISA testing.
